Shipping Information:

Shipping fees will be based on the total of the item weights. All shipping charges are based on the weight of each item, with the exception of occasional promotions we may have. Promotions are subject to change without notice. Flat rate shipping and Promotional Free Shipping apply only to the continental U.S. and may not be valid on all items. Shipping fees can be viewed once items are placed in the cart. We take pride in our fast shipping. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, although some items may take a bit longer. Estimated shipping times at checkout are not guaranteed and do not include processing time. Due to the threat of online fraud, in an effort to protect our customers, Kid Store and More reserves the right to require signature confirmation for delivery. Customers will be notified of any delays over 5 days. Shipping charges will be shown on the final checkout page before payment is processed. We do our best to keep shipping costs as reasonable as we can.

International Sales Policy:
At this time, we only ship to the United States through our website. We invite our international customers to visit our Ebay store at http://stores.ebay.com/Kid-Store-and-More.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied with our products! Products may be returned within 30 days of ordering for exchange or a refund of the purchase price (minus any applicable deductions or restocking fees). Items must be returned in unopened and original condition and accompanied by a copy of the packing slip along with the reason for return to be eligible for a refund. For opened items or items showing signs of use, the refund amount will be reduced by 10-100%, depending on the condition and nature of the returned item. Items must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging and contents to be eligible for any refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON USED/OPEN POTTY TRAINING ITEMS. Refund will be given by the same mode of payment when we receive the returned product.

Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For purchases made through another website, such as Ebay, please be aware that the refund policy listed at the time of purchase will be applicable for your order.

For items purchased with a promotional shipping rate, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping charges. (Purchase price + promotional shipping rate - actual shipping charges = refund amount) Shipping charges will not be refunded except in the case of incorrect or defective items. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping for the exchange item. In the case of an incorrect or defective item, we reimburse only reasonable return shipping methods. (Overnight services, 2-Day Air, etc. will not receive a full refund.) Return shipping refunds are figured by using the weight of the package and the origin zipcode. Delivery confirmation is optional. However, we are not responsible for returned items that do not reach their destination. You do not need to send a receipt for the shipping charges.

Returns for items that are beyond the 30 day period are not eligible for a credit card/Paypal refund or exchange, but may be eligible for a Kid Store and More gift voucher via email. NO REFUNDS OR GIFT VOUCHERS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. For items returned 31-60 days after the purchase date, providing the item is still in its original, new and unopened condition, you will receive a gift voucher via email for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item has been opened or there are any signs of use, the gift voucher amount will be reduced further by 10-80%, depending on the condition of the item. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. For items purchased with a promotional shipping rate, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping charges. No returns will be accepted for items beyond 60 days after purchase.

Cancellations must be made within an hour of ordering by sending an email to admin@kidstoreandmore.com or by filling out the contact form on the "Contact Us" page. Your cancellation will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day.

Kid Store and More reserves the right to cancel orders in the case of errors or glitches in our system. In this case, you will receive an email from us with a notice of the cancellation, along with the reason. We work hard to keep our site as accurate as possible, but will not be responsible for situations beyond our control.
